Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period; we never pro-rate refunds but there are no cancellation fees.
Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual plans get two months free (effectively 10/12 months paid). Contact support@runhalo.dev to switch. Self-service annual coming soon.
Do you offer discounts for open-source projects?

How does billing work for teams?

Is there a free trial of Pro or Business?

The Free tier is the trial — you get to see the dashboard, run scans, and resolve violations before upgrading. If you want to trial Pro-specific features like AI Review at higher volume, contact support.
Do I own my scan data?

Yes. Scan results, violations, resolutions, and audit trail rows all belong to you. Export anytime (PDF now, SARIF and HTML for Pro/Business coming soon).
Where’s my receipt?

Stripe emails every receipt. You can also access full invoice history via Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.
